Recently, Nimble handed over the Block 13 to 15 of its star development, Green Lake Residence Stage 1, to owners through the innovative process of Mobile Delivery for the first time.

近日,绿湖国际城一期首府13-15栋正式交楼。与以往业主现场拿号排长龙的方式不同,这次敏捷地产创新引进了“移动交付”模式,业主只要关注敏捷地产微信公众号“敏悦会”,就可以轻松享受“掌上收楼”的便捷服务。

Instead of queuing up in long lines for getting the keys to their homes, owners only need to follow the Wechat public account of “Nimble Club” and enjoy the convenience service by “App Repossession”.

首先,业主只要关注微信“敏悦会”,点击“交付预约”,就可以在显示的时段预约自己方便的时间,错开高峰,避免扎堆排队之苦,业主到达现场后,也可采用微信签到的方式节省排队时间。

Owners now can make an appointment on the “Turn Key Appointment” interface of “Nimble Club” once followed and choose the time they preferred to avoid rush hour and free from waiting in the line. Furthermore, they can use the Wechat sign-in option to save time on site.

而在验房时,完全摒弃了传统的纸笔记录的方式,期间业主如果有诉求,陪同验楼的工程师现场通过手机APP,直接在相应的房号、户型图上选定房屋位置、拍照并输入服务需求,相关信息就会立刻在后台关联对应的跟进人员,省掉了大量传统方式下的层层内部安排,让服务人员几乎可以在同一时间受理业务,安排人员第一时间跟进,大大地节省了业主等候的时间。而且,业主可以随时在“敏悦会”的公众号上查看服务的进度以及最新水电表读数等房屋信息,并对工作人员的服务态度、专业度等进行评价。这一套服务体系大大提升了各环节之间的沟通效率、提高了服务过程的透明化,不少业主们说“敏捷地产的移动交付真的让我们的收楼过程舒心了不少,即省心、又放心,要点一个大大的赞。

If owners have any requirements or complaints during the property acceptance inspection, the accompany engineers will click the relevant unit numbers and dwelling location of the floor plan on the App directly, which replaced the traditional written records on paper, then upload the photos or service requirements and the relevant staff will receive and follow up. In this way, it simplifies the red tape operation and ensures service staffs to handle the inquiries at the same time and at the first time. Moreover, it enables owners to check the service progress and the up to date water and electricity meter readings and even give comments to the service performances of staff through the Wechat public account. This service system enhances the communication efficiency greatly and improves the transparency of the service process. It is reported that Nimble Real Estate did a variety of communication trainings in advance for releasing the Mobile Delivery service. Together with the Turn Key Notice, Nimble sent owners the Wechat User Guideline of Nimble Real Estate Mobile Delivery Service to let them know how to register on line. Beyond that, Nimble arranges many staffs to give the owner on-the-spot guidance, so as to speed up the turn key process. This is a new initiative that Nimble Real Estate standardized, digitized and mobilized the turn key process by virtue of “Internet +” and offer a new convenient life platform for owners. In future, Nimble will apply the further upgraded intelligent service, both in content and functions, to other developments, and let more and more owners to enjoy this convenient service.
